Over 30 years ago, I dedicated myself to help families with their real estates needs. As a buyer and seller, I had been disappointed with the representation I had received, so I used those experiences to establish my mission statement to Serve my clients as I would serve my own family. Everyone should feel they are the top priority, because they are! I listen to my clients from the initial consultation to the close of escrow, because goals and needs continuously evolve as we move through the different stages of the buying and selling steps. Clients aren’t templates and I strive to treat each client as the individual and the important person they are, helping guide them, advise them, negotiate for them, protect them and fight for them, because they are my top priority.
I am an expert in the market, from pricing to location, however, my clients are the expert in their family needs, so that is the collaboration – their needs and my experience to serve them and ensure their satisfaction and maintain their feeling of service and well-being. It is an exciting and stressful journey, which is only enhanced with an experienced and caring realtor serving as the guide. Many realtors focus on listings or buyers, I take the same time, care and attention to both sides of the process, having honed skills on both sides of the transaction.
Integration of technology has given my clients the ability to view homes through photos and videos, allowing them to minimize their time physically going to homes unless that home is truly a potential home to consider making an offer to purchase. Conversely, I utilize technology and social media to market listings to broaden the exposure for my clients selling their home. The high level of service I provide comes from a dedication to real estate as a full time career which has also manifested into long term relationships which have allowed me to continue to help my clients with not just short term needs, but long term goals, transitions and investments.
